ASP was established 20 years ago with the aim of offering a multidisciplinary practice allowing clients to utilise the ease of use of one company for all of their property consultancy needs.

Initially operating from 2 offices in Dryden Street in Covent Garden and Woldingham in Surrey, ASP quickly became an established architect and planning supervisor to a number of Housing Associations.

Dealing initially with planning applications, the firm progressed the applications into construction projects producing working drawings, carrying out quantity surveying and project management of multi unit residential schemes. Party Wall awards and Rights of Light work integrated with the construction phases and soon became a stand alone area of practice.

After a couple of years the company expanded into Schools and University projects including St Georges School in Gravesend and City University.

Following the boom in private residential development, ASP have acted on behalf of numerous house builders and developers gaining planning permission for houses and flats all over the South of England.
